


Pilot kickstarts first advanced course in EU labour mobility, paving way for certified diploma.

ELA presented awards to four exemplary Good Practices during the ELA conference in Bratislava on 20 June 2023. One of the Good Practice Awards in the field of seasonal work was presented to EURES Slovakia, Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family, for the good practice “Cooperation in seasonal employment between Slovakia and the Netherlands”. The practice was awarded as it can be easily implemented by countries with similar demands in seasonal work.

404 potential victims and 93 perpetrators identified during EMPACT Joint Action Days conducted by 32 countries across Europe

On 17 October 2025, extensive concerted and joint inspections took place along the German-Dutch-Belgian border, bringing together around 400 officers from the three countries. The main focus of this coordinated action were working conditions in road transport and road safety. The inspections were supported by the European Labour Authority (ELA).
