As part of the Rights for All Seasons – Campaign on Seasonal Workers, the European Labour Authority, together with the European Platform tackling undeclared work has launched an interactive game through which you can interact and experience how declared work benefits all.

The European Labour Authority has for the first time organized a joint inspection between two member states – France and Bulgaria - aiming to properly enforce rights of EU mobile workers. The action took place between 14-17 September in France with the participation of Bulgarian labour inspectors. The purpose of the joint inspection was to tackle recurring serious violations of labour and social rights of seasonal workers in the agricultural sector.
The European Labour Authority has for the first time supported a joint inspection between two member states aiming to properly enforce rights of EU mobile workers. The Authority started preparations for cross-border inspections since its establishment. This week was then the first time a joint inspection facilitated by the Authority actually took place in France with participation of Bulgarian labour inspectors. The joint inspection aimed to tackle recurring serious violations of labour and social rights of seasonal workers in the agricultural sector.
