Ex-ante publicity for low value contract: negotiated procedure to conclude a low-value contract: fitting out works (ELA/2023/LVP/0025)

The ELA is seeking a supplier for the provision of a new Head of Unit office planning documentation, including planning permissions or other local authority documents, if necessary and execution works including the provision of building material, tools, and labour.  For the covering of the ceiling gap in the Management Board Room on the 3rd floor of the ELA office the provision of the execution works including the provision of building material, tools, and labour. Production and the delivery of ELA logo for the 14th floor entry area.

Provision of Helpdesk and other support services to the EURES Portal and provision of ICT Help Desk services (ELA/2023/OP/0038)

The purpose of this call is to:

1. Provide horizontal support to the EURES network and thereby to improve the quality and quantity of EURES services on the ground throughout the Union and the EEA and Switzerland in line with the EURES legal basis.

2. Provide ICT Help Desk Services and Network Support Services for the ELA Offices.

Ex-ante publicity for low value contract - Negotiated procedure to conclude a low value contract: strategic foresight/scenario building activity on the impact of common labour market imbalances (labour shortages and surpluses) on EU (ELA/2023/LVP/0034)

As part of the approach described above, the purpose of this contract is to deliver the so called ‘driver files’. The contractor is expected to: 

  • Participate in the first stakeholder workshop which will take place on 17 October 2023 in ELA’s premises in Bratislava. 

  • Draft ‘driver files’, based on the outcomes of the first stakeholder workshop. 

  • Revise and finalise the driver files based on ELA’s input and requests.
