Description

The European Labour Authority is organising a one-day information event to provide information regarding the topic of posting workers to Austria, Poland, Denmark, and the Netherlands, to German employers.

Posting notification, PD A1, collective agreements, taxes…posting workers within Europe can be complicated and non-compliance with the rules can lead to heavy sanctions. Knowledge of the applicable rules and regulations can save time and nerves and in many instances money!

The event will focus on the rules that need to be followed when posting workers to the Netherlands, Denmark, Austria and Poland. Experts from those countries will shed light on the most important aspects of their national posting laws and how to best prepare for workers’ journeys abroad. Representatives from German SME will share their experiences in organising posting processes in their companies and will provide tips on successful posting. Further highlights entail presenting the necessary steps for getting a PD A1 in Germany and showcasing how German customs perform inspections on posted persons.

The language of the event is German with translations into Polish and Danish.
