ELA offers tailored training programs for European labor mobility, enhancing administrative capacity in public authorities in Member States. These training programs address emerging challenges in the future of work, benefitting labor inspectorates, social security bodies, and in some cases also social partners.

- participants are are invited at trainings organised by ELA through NLOs, contact at public authroities of the Member States, ELA Stakeholder Group SOLVIT.
- public authroities of the Member States at local, regional and national level (Ministries, Labour inspectorates, social security organisations) can also request ELA's assistance for tailor made sector or type of mobility trainings.
