ELA supports Member States in conducting concerted and joint inspections on labour mobility related issue with conceptual, logistical and technical assistance, legal expertise, as well as translation and interpretation services during inspections.

How to access the service: public national authorities of the Member States must submit a case description to ELA via a National Liaison Officer for the respective Member State; social partners can submit cases to ELA, but they must signal their intention to submit a case to ELA to relevant national authorities first.
