Seconded National Expert - Labour Mobility: Transport Sector

Description

The Authority is organising a call for expression of interest for a Seconded National Expert (SNE) position possessing an expertise in cross-border EU labour mobility and social security aspects on the application of Union law in the international transport sector for the Cooperation Support Unit – Cooperation and National Liaison Officers’ Office.

The candidates applying for this call must be employed by a specific public administration/institution (see eligibility criteria in section 2).

Reporting to the Head of Unit Cooperation Support, the Seconded National Expert – Labour Mobility: Transport Sector will contribute to ELA’s mandate and to the development of the operational tasks of the Authority, with a focus on the activities of ELA in the international transport sector, including road, rail, maritime transport, inland waterways and aviation, within the legal scope of the ELA founding Regulation (EU) 2019/1149.
