Calls for tenders with value above €140,000 are published in the Funding and Tenders portal. Filter by Type: Open procedures.
Tenders with value above €15,000 to €140,000 are advertised in the same location. Filter by Type: Negotiated procedures.
ELA follows a negotiated procedure when it aims to sign a low or middle value contract, and consults in those cases at least three to five candidates, depending on the requirements related to the value of the contract.
