Pilot editions in Florence and Ghent pave the way for ELA’s certified diploma in EU labour mobility.

ELA presented awards to four exemplary Good Practices during the ELA conference in Bratislava on 20 June 2023. One of the Good Practice Awards in the field of seasonal work was presented to EURES Slovakia, Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family, for the good practice “Cooperation in seasonal employment between Slovakia and the Netherlands”. The practice was awarded as it can be easily implemented by countries with similar demands in seasonal work.

This ELA Strategic Analysis explores labour mobility, working conditions and enforcement challenges across long-term care in the EU and EEA.

Joint inspections in 13 Member States in November 2025 resulted in over 172 000 euros in fines.

ELA completed the second EU-wide cycle of training and information sessions on road transport social legislation. Nearly 1,200 enforcement officers and more than 330 representatives of drivers, operators and social partners from all EU and EEA countries took part in the 2025 programme.
