Description
On 22–23 September 2026, the European Labour Authority (ELA) organises a two-day practical workshop on using artificial intelligence to provide information to mobile workers and employers.
Through hands-on exercises, participants from public employment services, labour inspectorates, EURES networks, social partners and other outreach bodies explore AI-supported tools, exchange experiences and practise workflows they can apply in their daily work.
The workshop focuses on using AI safely and effectively to draft, improve and adapt information while maintaining human oversight, confidentiality and responsibility for accuracy.By supporting faster, clearer and more consistent information provision, the event aims to strengthen trust in services and help citizens and employers better understand their rights and obligations when working across borders.
The workshop covers the same content as the two workshops on this topic organised in May and June 2026.
