Procurement description

The subject of this call is to provide insurance brokerage services for the European Labour Authority (ELA). The Authority is currently in a temporary location in Brussels and is expected to start moving to its permanent premises in Bratislava in Q1 2021.

ELA is looking for a contractor to ensure professional insurance coverage through insurance broking and consulting services for the following:

  1. Contents of ELA’s building and/or premises,
  2. ELA’s ICT equipment (fixed and mobile IT equipment, office automation equipment, audio-visual equipment)
  3. Contents of the ELA’s garage
  4. Civil liability insurance of the operations of ELA
  5. Insurance against the risks of accident, occupational disease and death from natural causes of officials, temporary staff and their spouses, children and other dependents
  6. Insurance against accident or death for externals (e.g. job applicants, experts etc.)
  7. insurance of ELA's liability for damages caused to third parties and/or Lessor in relation to ELA's activities performed in the building and/or premises, including cross-liability, and insurance of third party claims resulting from all of the preceding(third party liability insurance).
