Open procurement procedure in two lots to conclude framework contracts in cascade for Provision of legal services to the European Labour Authority (ELA):
Lot 1 – Legal services for ELA’s corporate affairs
The objective is provision of legal services and legal representation to ELA in corporate affairs, with the exception of legal representation in staff cases under the EU Staff Regulations and Conditions of Employment of Other Servants.
Lot 2 - Legal services for ELA’s operational activities
The objective is provision of legal services in a range of legal areas covering the European Union (EU) labour mobility law falling within the mandate of ELA.
Deadline for receipt of tenders: 20/09/2021, 12:00 Brussels time.
