ELA Annual Conference 2023: registrations are open!
Registrations are now open to attend online the ELA Annual Conference 2023 “What future for labour mobility? Trends and a way forward”.
The conference will provide the forum to discuss the future outlook for labour mobility being transformed by recent developments and main trends shaping the world of work, including twin transition and ageing of population. Discussion will also focus on the future of labour mobility rules and possible need for its revision in light recent experience and future trends. The conference will be also focused on growing labour shortages in the EU and the ways how to address them while fully using the potential of labour mobility.
The representatives from EU institutions and social partners will share their views on the challenges and opportunities lying ahead of the labour mobility; measures to further facilitate it and tapping the potential of labour mobility, including third country nationals, to compensate imbalances at EU labour markets.
Following the call for good practices organized by ELA last year, the award ceremony to recognise the exemplary practices from the various fields of the labour mobility, such as seasonal work, road transport will take place during the conference.
