Posting of Third Country Nationals Event: ELA Launch of the Posted TCN study and exchanges on protection mechanisms for TCN workers

The event aims to bring added value to the topic of posting TCNs, both by sharing new findings on the recruitment channels and contractual arrangements for posted TCN workers and by facilitating exchanges on the protection mechanisms available to these workers. 

Moreover, the event aims to further enhance cooperation to address challenges faced by TCNs. It consists of two parts: 

• Launch of the ELA project on Contracting chains and recruitment patterns of posted third country nationals: Explorative study in selected Member States;
• Discussion on safeguards for posted TCN workers and the role of social partners and civil society in supporting TCNs and the promotion of knowledge exchange and fostering of mutual learning on this support and safeguards.
