Meeting of the Focus Group as part of the Posting360 mutual learning and understanding programme

Meeting of the Focus Group for the 2023 data collection process, organized by ELA as part of the Posting360 Mutual Learning and Understanding Programme. This programme was launched in March 2023, together with the European Commission, to contribute developing and improving mutual learning, assistance & understanding of the posting-related issues.

Objectives:

• Launch this year’s process through which data on posting from the Prior Declaration Tool is collected;
• Collect feedback from MSs on the existing process of data collection;
• Present some good practices in collection of data related to posting of workers;
• Explore the additional benefits that the Posting 360 Focus Group on data could offer during the discussion.
