Meeting of EESSI SPOCs on system operational issues

The event is part of the Good Practices workstream under ELA PROGRESS mutual learning and understanding programme for EESSI support. It contributes to ELA’s ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation among Member States and EEA countries in the field of social security coordination.

The aim of this event is to support EESSI SPOCs in fulfilling their critical role in ensuring the proper operation and communication within the EESSI system. This includes enhancing interoperability between national systems, reducing processing times, minimising errors, and ensuring secure exchanges of social security data through EESSI.

The event is structured in 2 parts. The first day consists of a plenary session, bringing together all participants to focus on efficient communication within the EESSI ecosystem and to address operational issues relevant to all Member States and EEA countries. The second day is reserved for bilateral and multilateral talks between Member States and EEA countries, providing an opportunity for targeted discussions on specific challenges encountered in cross-border cooperation.
