Managing communication channels: Simplifying language and enhancing outreach to mobile workers and employers

The European Labour Authority (ELA) organises a 1.5 day event to provide an opportunity for a mutual learning, discussion and practical training on communication strategies and tools for improving the communication and dissemination of information related to employment rights, obligations, and social security, and other related topics to workers and employers. The event is designed for representatives of social partner organisations, public employment services, national EURES networks, and other stakeholders who are responsible for managing communication and outreach in their institutions.

This initiative responds to stakeholder feedback from previous ELA mutual learning and exchange events, where the need for targeted support in enhancing communication practices was highlighted.

Following the overwhelming positive feedback from the communication training we organised in January, ELA decided to repeat the same session in June.
