Information session on ELA´s mediation procedure

ELA is organising a training in Sofia, Bulgaria, on the ELA Mediation for the Bulgarian authorities and SOLVIT national centre.

The objectives are to: 
- Provide information on the ELA mediation procedure; 
- Explain the workflows of the procedure; 
- Discuss BG authorities needs and expectations; 
- Popularise the ELA video on mediation and the revamped website.
