IMI-PROVE annual meeting – posting of workers modules

IMI-PROVE annual meeting on posting of workers modules is organised by ELA in cooperation with the European Commission (DG GROW and DG EMPL). The event takes place at ELA premises in hybrid format on 20-22 May 2025. 

This year’s event combines two events:

• Annual IMI-PROVE Posting modules meeting organized yearly by ELA, 
• Annual Meeting for NIMICs organized yearly by EC (DG GROW).  

The aim of this setup is to discuss the cooperation between the Member States from the perspective not only of IMI users but also from the perspective of NIMICs, share good practices, and possibly open a debate on the issues raised. As the NIMICs are a new audience for ELA, ELA also consults and proposes comprehensive support for them and their future involvement in the IMI-PROVE Programme. 

The second part of the meeting is dedicated to the use of four IMI modules for posting workers, presenting good practices on their use. During one of the sessions, ELA presents the results of the long-term exercise under the IMI-PROVE Program on the revision of one of the modules based on multiple consultations with the Member States. ELA also brings an awareness-raising session on upcoming digital tools relating to the mobility of workers. 

ELA also dedicates a significant part of the meeting (one day) to the analysis of the potential use of data from the social security systems (EESSI) by labour and tax authorities to verify certain information about the posted worker, company, and posting situation.
