High-level European conference on cross-border issues concerning self-employed workers in the European Union co-organized by the French National School of Social Security (EN3S), the Belgian Federal Public Service for Social Security (FPS) and the European Labour Authority (ELA) on Thursday, 11 December 2025 in Brussels.

This conference aims to raise awareness to both a general and expert audience about the challenges linked to fraud involving cross-border self-employed workers. It also seeks to identify avenues for strengthening cross-border cooperation between national administrations, as well as with European administrations, including through activities coordinated by the European Labour Authority.
