Forum on the Posting of Workers

The event brings together 100 experts from Member States’ administrations in the field of labour law and social security law, as well as social partners, to identify the challenges and instruments for action in the field of posting of workers. This Forum, part of ELA’s Posting 360 Programme, provides a comprehensive exercise to identify the most prominent challenges and instruments for action. These actions aim to ensure that EU posting rules are enforced and that posted workers are protected and good working conditions are ensured.
