ELA Second Forum on Posting of Workers

The Forum on the posting of workers is a 2-day event, organised by ELA and the European Commission, that gathers experts on labour law and social security and social partners. This is the second meeting after a first successful meeting in March 2023.  

The Forum allows the experts to discuss and exchange on issues related to the posting of workers. This edition will be dedicated to: 

• The posting of temporary agency workers; 

• Effective administrative procedures related to posting workers; 

• Digitalisation of social security systems 

• Proposals for action in the area of social security cooperation. 

Objectives:

• Exchange information and practices relating to the implementation and enforcement of EU and national legislation on the posting of workers 

• Discuss EU legislation applicable to the posting of workers 

• Exchange on outstanding challenges that national authorities face and on how to facilitate cooperation between authorities to tackle the challenges.
