ELA and CORTE workshop on road transport social legislation

This online workshop addresses complex and practical questions arising from the implementation and enforcement of EU road transport rules, with a particular focus on driving and rest time requirements. The workshop provides an opportunity to discuss practical enforcement challenges and revisit selected questions relating to light commercial vehicles.

Building on the hybrid training sessions held in 2024 and 2025, the 2026 series of online workshops offers a more flexible format focusing on key areas of EU road transport enforcement, including:

• Light commercial vehicles
• Driving and rest time rules
• Posting of drivers

The workshop brings together enforcement authorities to exchange experiences and address practical questions arising from day-to-day enforcement.
