Annual multilateral meeting between Italy, France, Spain and Portugal

The event is coordinated by the four Member States, in co-operation with their national Authorities, adapting the workshop and their action plan to their specific operational needs and in line with ELA’s 2024-2027 programme.

Duration of the workshop is two days; the first day encompasses bilateral meetings between Member States and ELA representatives to address pending issues and challenges, and to discuss possible solutions. 

The second day is reserved for joint review and evaluation of the cooperation outcomes in 2025 against the action plan, followed by suggesting and introducing the priorities and actions for 2026, supported by ELA.
