Human Resources Officer

Description

The Authority is launching a vacancy notice with a view to establishing a reserve list of Temporary Agents for the position of Human Resources Officer.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources Sector, and under the overall supervision of the Head of Resources Unit, the Human Resources Officer will contribute to ELA’s horizontal strategic objectives and to the development of the Human Resources work of the Authority, mainly in the areas of organisational development, incl. change management, staff engagement, and talent management.
