Free movement body (FMB)

National Commission for the Promotion of Equality - Il-Kummissjoni Nazzjonali għall-Promozzjoni tal-Ugwaljanza
The NCPE is an equality body responsible for safeguarding equality and non-discrimination. It is also responsible for supporting the free movement of workers by ensuring equal treatment in employment and working conditions, including access to social and tax advantages; membership of trade unions and workers’ representative bodies; access to training, housing and education; and assistance provided by employment services.
