ELA is in need of reception services in its office building location in Landererova 12 (L12), Bratislava. The receptionist will be located in the main lobby of the L12 Building and serve solely to ELA office needs. The main tasks of the receptionist will include communication with the ELA visitors, contractors and building management and handling deliveries and mail for ELA office. An important reason is keeping evidence of visits to ELA premises. There will be a workspace created at the reception desk in the main lobby which will consist of a chair, internet connection, laptop and a cabinet/shelve for personal items of the receptionist. Therefore, ELA is seeking for a contractor, which will provide the receptionist services for ELA office in Bratislava.
