Description

The European Labour Authority (ELA) has launched an open procurement procedure for the delivery of the EURES Training Programme. The programme aims to provide a comprehensive and sustainable learning framework for professionals delivering and supporting EURES services across Europe.

The objective of the programme is to strengthen the capacity of the EURES network and support the implementation of the EURES Regulation (EU) 2016/589 by ensuring that EURES staff, Members and Partners have access to high-quality, relevant and up-to-date learning opportunities.

The training programme is expected to be delivered on an annual basis, providing a structured and continuous approach to learning and professional development across the EURES network. It should support participants in acquiring and maintaining the knowledge, skills and competences required to respond effectively to evolving labour market developments and to deliver high-quality services to jobseekers and employers throughout Europe.

In particular, the programme should:

  • develop core and specialised competences required for the effective delivery of EURES services;
  • equip participants to operate successfully in an increasingly digitalised labour market and adapt to emerging trends and technologies;
  • promote lifelong learning and continuous professional development across the EURES network;
  • enhance communication, outreach and engagement activities towards jobseekers and employers, thereby increasing awareness and use of EURES services;
  • foster mutual learning, collaboration and the exchange of good practices among EURES Members and Partners;
  • strengthen a common understanding of the EURES mission, objectives and service standards, contributing to greater consistency, coherence and service quality across the network.

By supporting competence development, knowledge sharing and professional networking, the programme should contribute to a more effective, client-oriented and future-ready EURES network that promotes fair labour mobility and helps address labour market needs across the European Union.
