ELA facilitates cross-border cooperation and communication among national authorities in labor mobility field, supported by ELA network of National Liaison Officers (NLO). In case of disputes between the authorities involving more Member States related to EU labour mobility and social security law, ELA provides mediation services to assist parties reaching an agreement.
Service users:
- public authorities of the Member States at local, regional and national level
(Ministries, Labour inspectorates, social security organisations) - national SOLVIT centers can also send their unresolved disputes to ELA for mediation.
How to access the service: Member States' authorities can access the service reaching out the respective NLO officer at ELA for their Member State.
