Workshop on posting of Third-Country Nationals

First expert workshop on posting of Third-Country Nationals in the Posting360 programme.

Objectives:

Agree on the specific activities and working methods for the workstream on TCN, as part of the Posting 360 programme. 

The first workshop under this work area aims at agreeing with the Member States and the social partners on the needs for mutual learning and understanding and the objectives of common work.  

The workshop provides room to discuss the operational conclusions of the report and the key concerns in relation to the posting of third country nationals and to reflect on the findings of the report on cooperation practices, possibilities and challenges in relation to posting of third-country nationals. 

Based on this discussion, the priorities for future work in this area under the Posting 360 Programme will be identified and the working methods will be agreed.
