Workshop on the IMI-PROVE modules on posting of workers

Under the Mutual Learning and Understanding Programme, this IMI-PROVE workshop takes place on the 6th and 7th of June. The event is a hybrid with 40 participants in person and approximately 27 online. It will be concentrated on the Pillar I (Under-used modules) and Pillar II (technical issues), but also focused on the cross-border enforcement of fines and penalties.

Objectives:

• Deeper understanding of Modules I and II;
• Analyses of the challenges and obstacles in the cross-border enforcement of fines and penalties;
• Sharing of good practices in cross-border enforcement of fines and penalties.
