Working Group on Inspections

The WG on inspections is a group of experts appointed by the Management Board of ELA, and includes experts from 27 Member States, Norway, social partners, European Commission and ELA particular. These regular meeting aims to provide expert opinion on the development of tools and modalities to be used in the actions of the Authority related to inspections, to provide expertise on matters pertaining to the legal and practical aspects of organising and conducting concerted and joint labour inspections, to exchange views on and identify best practices and examples of good cooperation in the field of labour inspections in view of developing the activities of the Authority. This will be the 15th meeting organised back-to-back with the meeting of the Platform tackling undeclared work.
