Description
This first national training organised by the European Labour Authority (ELA) in Romania aims to equip 82 Romanian Labour Inspectors with the knowledge and tools to effectively and fairly enforce EU rules on labour mobility and social security coordination.
The agenda includes:
- an in-depth look at the ELA's role;
- specific national legislation;
- the current rules of posting of workers and social security aspects linked with posted workers;
- posting of drivers;
- concerted and joint inspections;
- strategies for tackling undeclared and underdeclared work.
The ELA is organising the event in collaboration with its National Liaison Officer from Romania and with the support of the Romanian Labour Inspectorate.
