Ensuring safe labour migration within the EU - Mutual learning and exchange on providing predeparture information to mobile workers from vulnerable communities

The European Labour Authority (ELA) in collaboration with Bulgarian authorities, organises a mutual learning event aimed at improving information provision between origin and destination Member States within the EU. The focus is on delivering pre-departure information to mobile workers from vulnerable communities, specifically Roma communities in Bulgaria. The participating Member States, Austria, Belgium and Spain, were identified in previous activities as key destinations for these workers, recognising the significance of providing comprehensive pre-departure information to support their mobility and ensure informed decision-making.
