Medical services by a medical centre – Inter-institutional Framework Contract by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) and the European Labour Authority (ELA) (FRA/2025/OP/0003)

The purpose of the Interinstitutional framework contract is to procure the services of a medical centre for the staff of FRA and ELA EU agencies for a maximum period of four (4) years. The contracting authorities require the provision of the medical services for annual medical examinations offered to all staff members to detect or prevent any health issues and/or illness, in accordance with the EU Staff Regulations (SR) and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants (CEOS) of the European Union1.
