- Knowledge sharing (Digitalisation knowledge hub): in collaboration with the European Commission, ELA run projects to collect and share knowledge on existing digital tools promote their use and explore their risks and benefits .
- Innovation in practice (Innovation facilitator): ELA provides hands-on experience through solution mappings, workshops, and events like ELA TECH Conferences and Labs.
- Citizen support (Information hub): ELA supports citizens through tools like the EURES portal, which offers labour market information and guidance on living and working conditions in 30 European countries .
