Workshop on Posting of Third Country Nationals (Posting 360)

Within the framework of the Posting 360 Programme, the European Labour Authority (ELA) in collaboration with the European Commission is organising the fourth workshop on the Posting of Third Country Nationals (TCNs). 

The workshop provides: 

• an opportunity to discuss issues related to the relevant EU law and CJEU case law.  
• the opportunity to the participants to share their views and possible issues and to exchange with other experts from national administrations. 
• clarifications of relevant aspects of EU legislation and case law related to the posting of TCN to national administrations;
• guidance for national administrations to enforce the EU framework on posting of TCN to safeguard the rights of the posted workers.
