Enforcement of remuneration for posted drivers in the road transport sector (via IMI road transport module) - Workshop 2: Elements of remuneration

This workshop presents and discusses the first two parts of the draft guidelines on enforcing remuneration rules for posted drivers: 

• Guideline 1 – Controls of posting (part 1)
  Covers roadside and back‑office checks, categories of posted drivers, required documents (RTPD posting declarations, tachograph data, transport operation evidence) and a proposed step‑by‑step control approach.
• Guideline 2 – Documentation proving posting (part 2)
  Details the evidence needed to verify when and where posting took place (tachograph datasets, border crossings, loading/unloading, consignment notes, journey forms, authorisations).

During the workshop:

• ELA introduces the guidelines.
• Member States and the Commission discuss the clarity, feasibility and completeness of the proposed enforcement approach.
• The goal is to gather final comments and determine whether the guidelines can be considered agreed.
• Agreement will allow ELA to prepare the guidelines for submission to the European Commission for endorsement.
