Workshop on the posting of third country nationals (posting 360)

Workshops on the posting of third-country nationals (TCNs), organised together with the European Commission, are a part of ELA’s work under the Posting 360 programme which provide a comprehensive exercise to address legislative and practical challenges in the area of posting of TCNs. The fourth edition clarifies relevant aspects of EU legislation and case law related to the posting of TCNs to national administrations. It thus provides guidance for national administrations on how to enforce the EU framework on posting of TCNs to safeguard the rights of the posted workers.
