Performance Development Network (PDN)

In its role as Chairing Agency of the European Union Agencies Network (EUAN) for the period 2026–2027, the European Labour Authority (ELA) hosts the Plenary of the Performance Development Network (PDN) on 11-12 June 2026, in a hybrid format at ELA’s premises in Bratislava and online.

The PDN brings together representatives from EU Agencies to advance a shared approach to performance and results driven management. The Network focuses on developing common principles, methodologies and tools related to performance planning, monitoring and reporting, including the design of performance measurement frameworks and indicators.

The 2026 meeting will provide a forum for strategic discussion and knowledge exchange on topics such as digitalisation and simplification of management processes, evaluation methodologies, risk management and anti fraud policies, as well as the impact of artificial intelligence on planning, reporting and resource allocation across EU Agencies.
