Peer Learning Dialogue 'Bogus posting under social security rules'

A Peer Learning Dialogue (PLD) is a series of discussions between a small group of Platform representatives and/or their nominated representatives to explore an issue in greater depth. The aim is to enhance cooperation and interaction and/or to find and implement practical solutions to a specific challenge in order to explore existing and new approaches for tackling undeclared work.

During this PLD on 'Bogus posting under social security rules' we aim to bring together labour inspectors and staff dealing with social security posting rules from EU Member States to share experiences, discuss good practices, and explore collaborative solutions to improve enforcement mechanisms, ensure proper verification and address the risks of fraudulent postings.
