Webinar on addressing fraudulent traineeships

The webinar, organised by the European Labour Authority, features presentations and interventions from: 

• the European Commission on the proposal for a Directive on improving and enforcing working conditions of trainees and combating regular employment relationships disguised as traineeships (‘Traineeships Directive’),
• national authorities (Spain, France and Italy) on legislative initiatives and enforcement activities to tackle misclassification of work and ensure the correct employment status of trainees
• from national social partners on national challenges and trends in relation to 'bogus' traineeship
