National Council for Combating Discrimination

The National Council for Combating Discrimination is an autonomous and independent state authority in the field of preventing and combating discrimination. It is the authority responsible for promoting, monitoring and supporting equal treatment for all EU workers and their family members exercising their rights in Romania, without discrimination on grounds of citizenship. It is also the national contact point for cooperation and exchange of information with equivalent bodies in other Member States.
