    CASES RESOLVED VIA FACILITATION OF INFORMATION EXCHANGE AND MEDIATION

    ELA supported national authorities facilitating closer cooperation and information exchange through the National Liaison Officer (NLO) network.
    ELA offers mediation to resolve disputes between Member States on EU labour mobility related matters. One mediation case was completed with a non-binding opinion.

    ELA supported cross-border cooperation projects and facilitated bilateral and multilateral engagement, exploring joint initiatives and partnerships among the Member States.

    ACTIVITIES OF THE EUROPEAN PLATFORM FOR TACKLING UNDECLARED WORK

    European Platform for Tackling Undeclared Work supports the activities of ELA in tackling undeclared work by enhancing cooperation between Member States and their capacity in addressing issues related to undeclared work. Around 200 reports, factsheets and mapping of national measures related to tacking undeclared work were delivered since 2021.

    ACTIONS ON FACILITATION OF DIGITALISATION

    ELA offered training programmes for national authorities' experts on EU labour mobility related electronic tools (IMI, EESSI, ERRU).
    ELA mapped the digital tools supporting labour mobility and enabled knowledge sharing at technological workshops, two ELA TECH conferences and 27 papers submitted to the call for papers linked to the conference.

    MANAGEMENT BOARD MEETINGS

    Management Board is part of ELA’s management structure, it provides the strategic orientation and oversees the Authority’s activities, adopts ELA’s work programme and budget, and important corporate documents.

    STAKEHOLDER GROUP MEETINGS

    Trade unions and employers’ organisations are represented in a dedicated advisory body that has met 14 times, 9 individually and 5 together with the Management Board. ELA fostered active cooperation with social partners also through outreach events, liaison activities with social partners and trainings.

    EU SISTER AGENCIES ELA COOPERATES WITH ON A REGULAR BASIS

    ELA has established a close cooperation with its sister agencies (Eurofound, EU-OSHA, Cedefop and ETF) and other relevant agencies (e.g. Europol, FRA). ELA has co-organised two joint events with sister agencies in the European Parliament. ELA also engaged internationally, in particular with ILO.
