Meeting of checklist on genuine posting

The purpose of the meeting is to facilitate a discussion in order to gather input as regards possible structure and content of the checklist on genuine posting. This checklist is meant to be practical tool which can be used by (labour/social) inspectorates or other competent authorities to initiate, plan and carry out inspections with the aim of establishing whether the posting of a specific worker can be considered a genuine posting (in the context of the posting of workers under the Posting of Workers Directive 2018/957/EU).
