Workshop on complex cases and enforcement challenges in relation to EU labour mobility and social security rules

This workshop contributes to the analytical work carried out by European Labour Authority (ELA), to identify challenges that could be addressed in the future in cooperation with Member States and the European Commission, to build capacity and knowledge for addressing complex enforcement situations, as well as to strengthen cooperation with the Member State enforcement authorities.

The main objective of the workshop is to discuss and analyse complex cross-border cases with experts from EU labour inspectorates and national social security and other authorities. The workshop focuses on cases identified for closer analysis by both ELA and participating EU Member States and EEA authorities that illustrate complex situations where EU rules are difficult to enforce in practice.
