ELA and CORTE workshop on road transport social legislation (focused on posting of drivers)

The workshop addresses complex and practical questions arising from the implementation and enforcement of EU road transport rules, with a particular focus on posting of drivers.

Building on 2024-2025 hybrid training sessions, a series of online workshops is launched in 2026, in a more flexible format, focusing on light commercial vehicles, driving and rest time rules and posting of drivers.

In collaboration with the Confederation of Organisations in Road Transport Enforcement (CORTE) and cooperation with European Commission.
