Workshop on mediation

The workshop is gathering appointed mediators and experts of the Mediation Board at ELA. It provides participants with an opportunity to:

• gain information on the latest developments in the mediation task of ELA and engage in discussions on the functioning of the ELA mediation procedure;
• learn about the mediation procedure at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO);
• engage in an interactive session with an experienced expert in mediation techniques.
