ELA is launching a volunteer tester pool to gather feedback from people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. Volunteers may be invited to take part in online surveys, usability tests, interviews, focus groups or that help us improve how we design, communicate and deliver information and services.
Whether we are testing a new webpage, evaluating the slogan of a communication campaign, exploring user needs through research, or developing new digital tools, your feedback can help ensure our work is relevant, accessible and user-centred.
Participation is entirely voluntary. Registering for the pool does not create any obligation to take part in future activities. Whenever a relevant opportunity arises, you will receive information about the objective, format and expected time commitment, and you can decide whether you would like to participate.
