1. Purpose of contract
European Labour Authority (ELA) has moved to its permanent premises in Bratislava in Q3 2021. The 14th floor, 13th floor and 11th are occupied. The 3rd floor - conference floor is also open and functioning.
There will be approximately 170 employees including externals and interims by the end of 2022 and there is a total capacity for over 250 delegates in the conference rooms of 1 282 m2 on the 3rd floor at any time.
The purpose of this procurement procedure is to award a Framework Contract for the provision of coffee, beverages and fresh fruit for the European Labour Authority to its premises in Bratislava.
ELA is looking for a contractor for the following tasks to be performed:
Provision of an existing online catalogue containing a large range of coffee and related products.
Provision of an offer with the selection of products to be supplied regularly to ELA.
Reception, management and preparation of orders of coffee, beverages, additives and fruit supply for ELA.
Provision and servicing of coffee machines and provision of cutlery for ELA.
Timely delivery and distribution of the orders of coffee, beverages, additives and fruit for ELA to its premises in Bratislava.
Communication between ELA and the contractor within the scope of this framework contract, including the preparation and provision of statistics on the orders received from ELA.
Provision of socially responsible and environmentally friendly products and services.
The maximum amount for this framework contract is EUR 46,000.
3. Indicative time schedule and contact point
The indicative time schedule for launching the negotiated procedure is May 2022. Interested economic operators can express their interest to participate in this negotiated procedure until 11th May 2022 at 18.00 CET in writing to email@example.com. The indicative date to sign the contract is June 2022.
The estimated performance period of the resulting framework contract is maximum 48 months.
4. Protection of personal data
If processing a tender involves the recording and processing of personal data (such as name, address, and CV), this data will be processed pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 2018/1725. Unless indicated otherwise, any personal data will be processed solely for evaluation purposes under the negotiated procedure by the Executive Director of ELA.
